The Berlin real estate agent Winters & Hirsch has exclusively advised a Berlin-based wealth management firm on the sale of one of their properties, this time a residential and retail building in the city of Krefeld. The property went to a private investor from Kleve.
The sold property is located at Schulstraße 4, 6 in Krefeld’s Hüls area. Anchor tenant is Dirk Rossmann GmbH, the operator of a German-wide drugstore chain.
Completed in 1984/1985, the three-storey building has 8 residential units and 2 retail units on approx. 1,291 sqm of total rental space. The approx. 1,106 sqm grounds come with 3 parking garages and 4 additional parking spaces.
The mixed-use property enjoys a prime location in the Hüls area, directly opposite the market place with the historical town hall and the head office of the Sparkasse Krefeld.
Besides the exclusive sales mandate from the seller, Winters & Hirsch also advised the buyer on the transaction. This latest transaction marks the sale of the last of the seller’s three properties in North Rhine-Westphalia, all of them concluded in 2017.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The seller was advised on tax issued by the Berlin team of Baker Tilly.
