Our investment team led by Managing Director Philipp C. Tabert brokered the sale of three contiguous building plots with a total area of approximately 2,500 m² in Berlin-Mitte to a Cologne-based family office. The buyer plans to begin construction of approximately 9,000 m² of gross floor area for apartments within the next 12 months.

The sellers were a Berlin-based investment company and a listed stock corporation.
The purchase agreement was concluded as an asset deal at the end of September 2025.
