Arbireo Capital AG has acquired a retail property in Scharbeutz, a coastal spa town in the German state of Schleswig-Holstein, from Terraplan. Winters & Hirsch, the Berlin-based real estate agency, has brokered the transaction as the sole agent on behalf of the seller.

The property was completed in the fourth quarter of 2019 and is located at Ahrensböker Straße 7 in Pönitz, approximately 6 km from Scharbeutz.

A mix of commercial and residential properties characterise the immediate neighbourhood. The nearby B 432 trunk road ensures easy accessibility from all directions.

The tenant in this retail property recently sold through Winters & Hirsch is Netto Markt-Discount on approximately 1,145 sqm of retail space.

The plot has approximately 5,650 sqm and holds about 75 parking spaces.

The coastal spa town of Scharbeutz has approximately 11,000 residents and ranks among the most popular seaside towns on the German Baltic coast.

Winters & Hirsch had been instructed by the seller to market the food store and also advised the buyer on the transaction.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
