The Hamburg-based property developer Devello has signed a forward contract with RAM Invest for the sale of an Edeka store in Tarp in the German state of Schleswig-Holstein. Winters & Hirsch has brokered the transaction on behalf of the seller.

The retail property was completed in the second quarter of 2020 and is located on the corner of Wiekier Acker and An der Rampe in Tarp, a town near the Baltic Coast. The community of Tarp has around 5,500 residents and is located close to the A7 motorway, approximately 20 km south of the city of Flensburg.

The property has approx. 2,300 sqm, including approx. 1,900 sqm of sales space. The plot has approx. 7,380 sqm and provides around 93 customer parking spaces.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
