We are proud to announce that our investment team has brokered the sale of the SIZILIA Citrussäfte commercial property to the family office of a Berlin-based construction company. The commercial property at Holzhauser Str. 43, 49, corner of Wittestr. 26, boasts an ideal location on Berlin’s urban highway in the Reinickendorf district. The property is approximately 4,000 m² in size and has a lettable commercial area of approximately 2,950 m².

This SIZILIA production facility, which was built between 1969 and 1971, was the only production facility based in Germany to supply the entire German market. Production facilities built later in Switzerland and Sicily focused on the international orientation of the brand.

The brand is internationally known for the typical SIZILIA shape of its bottles and is highly regarded for its unique taste.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The seller was legally advised by Fuhrmann Wallenfells Rechtsanwälte. Grant Thornton was also involved in the transaction from a tax law perspective.
