GRR Garbe Retail Real Estate GmbH has acquired a turn-key EDEKA store from a well-known property developer in Nienhagen.

The new retail property has a total rental area of approx. 1,700 sqm. There are also approx. 90 parking spaces on the approx. 8,000 sqm site. EDEKA has concluded a long-term lease with a term of 15 years plus 3/5-year options.

The retail property, which was completed in the 2nd quarter of 2024, is located on Doberaner Straße in the Baltic seaside resort of Nienhagen. Doberaner Straße is the thoroughfare of the Baltic seaside resort and connects the municipality with the towns of Bad Doberan and Warnemünde. The health resort of Ostseebad Nienhagen, which has a population of around 2,181, is a coastal town in the district of Rostock. A residential area with numerous vacation apartments is located in the immediate vicinity.

Winters & Hirsch was exclusively commissioned by the seller to market this retail property and also advised and brokered the buyer. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
