The Berlin-based real estate agency Winters & Hirsch has successfully brokered the sale of a residential complex in the town of Ennigerloh on behalf of a family office to a private investor from Ennigerloh. The property had been privately owned by the seller for over 45 years.

The residential complex was built in 1961/62 on the 1,050 m² plot and has 8 residential units with a total living space of approx. 425 m². The property is surrounded by a garden area that can be used by the tenants.

The town of Ennigerloh has around 20,000 inhabitants and is conveniently located in the Münsterland region, which offers a wide range of attractive local recreational opportunities. The immediate neighbourhood is characterized by detached houses and apartment buildings and at the same time offers a high quality of life thanks to its good infrastructure.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
