Acting on behalf of the seller, the Berlin real estate agency Winters & Hirsch has successfully brokered the sale of a listed villa in Kümmernitztal, a municipality in Brandenburg. The property was bought by two private investors from southern Germany.

Built in 1931 in the Preddöhl area, the listed villa has approximately 280 sqm of floor space and requires refurbishment. The property comes with approximately 11,530 sqm of land in a quiet and idyllic setting.

Kümmernitztal, a community with approximately 360 inhabitants in Brandenburg’s rural district of Prignitz, benefits from direct access to the A24 motorway. The Mecklenburger Seenland, a popular holiday region in the neighbouring state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, is nearby to the north-east.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
