OBI DIY and Garden Centre in Grimma sold to pension fund based in Frankfurt

Winters & Hirsch has advised a Berlin-based Family Office on the sale of an OBI DIY
and Garden Centre in the Saxon town of Grimma (rural district of Leipzig) to a German
pension fund from Frankfurt.

The top-selling OBI store with a long-term lease is located on the corner of
Hengstbergstraße 2 and Wurzener Straße on the Nord I Hengstberg commercial estate.

Situated on the much-frequented trunk road B 107 and close to the A 14 motorway
(entry Grimma), the store enjoys easy accessibility.

Completed in 1997, the OBI outlet has approx. 13,427 sqm of lettable space.

The plot covers some 31,000 sqm and accommodates around 385 parking spaces.

With around 28,480 residents, the large district town of Grimma is the most populous community in the district. Grimma benefits from excellent infrastructure. The motorway
ensures fast road links to the cities of Leipzig and Chemnitz.

Winters & Hirsch had been retained by the seller as the sole agent to market the property
and also advised the buyer on the transaction.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
