Winters & Hirsch new partner of Deutsche Golf Liga
The Berlin-based real estate advisory firm Winters & Hirsch and the Deutsche Golf Liga presented by All4Golf have agreed on a long-term cooperation. The brand-new partners are united by their enthusiasm for sport, and golf in particular. An active player himself, Philipp C. Tabert, Managing Director of Winters & Hirsch, is well-connected within the golf community and is keen to promote the sport in Germany. Winters & Hirsch will increase its brand awareness through the Deutsche Golf Liga’s digital channels such as the DGL website and the DGL Livescoring. On match days, there will also be extensive opportunities for Winters & Hirsch to showcase the company. Over 6,400 golfers from 320 clubs play in the Deutsche Golf Liga each year.
Winters & Hirsch has been involved in professional and amateur golf since 2021. The Berlin-based company supports well-known professional golfers on their journey on the DP World Tour, LPGA Tour and LET Ladies European Tour, including Bernd Wiesberger, Andrew Sullivan, Chiara Noja, Inci Mehmet, Alexandra Försterling and Polly Mack.
Marcus Neumann, Sports Director of Deutscher Golf Verband, is delighted with the new partnership, stating that “Winters & Hirsch has strong roots in golf. It’s great to have a partner at our side who is interested in the development of our sport and with whom we can exchange ideas on sporting issues at any time.”
Christian Schunck, Head of the Deutsche Golf Liga presented by All4Golf project team and Deputy Managing Director of Deutsche Golf Sport GmbH, which brokered the partnership as the exclusive marketer of the Deutsche Golf Liga, is equally enthusiastic about the new partnership: “I would like to thank Philipp C. Tabert for his trust, and I am delighted that he has extended his commitment to the Deutsche Golf Liga. We are very proud to have such a sporting partner at our side for the coming years and look forward to working together on ideas and visions for the future development of the Deutsche Golf Liga.”
“The Deutsche Golf Liga presented by All4Golf which celebrates its tenth anniversary this year, has laid the foundation for incredible success in German golf. With our commitment to the DGL, we are further expanding our activities in golf and know that our brand will be presented there in the best possible way. We very much hope that our partnership will help to continue the positive developments in German golf,” said Philipp C. Tabert.
About Deutsche Golf Liga presented by All4Golf
The Deutsche Golf Liga presented by All4Golf is the team competition system introduced for the 2013 season, replacing the classic German Team Championships. Over the course of five days, teams from the 1st and 2nd Bundesliga and various regional leagues battle it out for promotion and relegation. The first and second placed teams from the North and South divisions of the 1st Bundesliga will then compete for the title of German Team Champion on a neutral course in the so-called Final Four.
