Arbireo Capital AG has acquired a retail property in Scharbeutz, a coastal spa town in the German state of Schleswig-Holstein, from Terraplan. Winters & Hirsch, the Berlin-based real estate agency, has brokered the transaction as the sole agent on behalf of the seller.

Arbireo acquires Netto store in Lauchhammer, Brandenburg

Arbireo Capital AG has acquired a retail property in Lauchhammer in the federal state of Brandenburg from a well-known German property developer. The seller had retained the experts of Winters & Hirsch to market the property.

Completed in Q4 2018, the Netto Marken-Discount store is located in Lauchhammer‘s prime retail location. The address is Mückenberger Straße 3, 5 / Wilhelm-Pieck-Straße.

Lauchhammer has around 15,000 residents and is situated in the rural district of Oberspreewald-Lausitz in Brandenburg. As for road links, the town benefits from the nearby A13 motorway. The capital of Saxony, Dresden, is just an hour away by car.

The store has around 1,487 sqm of lettable space, including around 1,1019 sqm of sales space. Covering approx. 5,500 sqm, the plot accommodates around 75 parking spaces.

The tenant, Netto Marken-Discount AG & Co. KG, has taken out a 15-year lease with a 3/5 years renewal option.

Winters & Hirsch had been instructed by the seller to market the property and also advised the buyer on the transaction.

The notarisation of the purchase contract was performed by Dr. Börgers, notary public in Berlin.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Acting on behalf of the seller, the Berlin real estate agency Winters & Hirsch has successfully brokered the sale of a listed villa in Kümmernitztal, a municipality in Brandenburg. The property was bought by two private investors from southern Germany.

Winters & Hirsch has advised a Berlin-based Family Office on the sale of an OBI DIY
and Garden Centre in the Saxon town of Grimma (rural district of Leipzig) to a German
pension fund from Frankfurt.

The top-selling OBI store with a long-term lease is located on the corner of
Hengstbergstraße 2 and Wurzener Straße on the Nord I Hengstberg commercial estate.

Situated on the much-frequented trunk road B 107 and close to the A 14 motorway
(entry Grimma), the store enjoys easy accessibility.

Completed in 1997, the OBI outlet has approx. 13,427 sqm of lettable space.

The plot covers some 31,000 sqm and accommodates around 385 parking spaces.

With around 28,480 residents, the large district town of Grimma is the most populous community in the district. Grimma benefits from excellent infrastructure. The motorway
ensures fast road links to the cities of Leipzig and Chemnitz.

and also advised the buyer on the transaction.

S-Immo AG from Vienna snaps up mixed-use residential and retail building in Leipzig

The Austrian S-Immo AG has bought a mixed-use residential and retail property in the major city of Leipzig in Saxony.

The seller, an unnamed private investor from Munich, had retained Winters & Hirsch to market the property as the sole agent.

The listed corner property in Leipzig’s Reudnitz-Thonberg area was built circa 1880 and underwent extensive refurbishment in 1994. The address is Volckmarstraße 1 / Harnackstraße.

The building comprises 18 flats and one commercial unit on the ground floor.

A city with around 582,000 residents, Leipzig is a location for automobile manufacturing. BMW and Porsche maintain facilities just north of Leipzig. Also, the city has long been a trade, research and higher education centre. The rising population of Leipzig benefits from excellent infrastructure and high quality of living.

Arbireo acquires specialty retail centre in Eisenberg, Thuringia

Winters & Hirsch has advised a property developer based in northern Germany on the sale of a retail property in the Thuringian town of Eisenberg to Arbireo Capital AG.

The property Saasaer Str. 1k, 1l, 1m is a specialty retail centre completed in 2001. In the summer of 2018, the premises reopened after extensive renovation, and the original tenants, Rossmann and KiK, were joined by new tenants, an Aldi store and a Huster beverage store.

Situated halfway between the cities of Jena and Gera, Eisenberg has around 11,000 residents and is the district town of the Saale-Holzland-Kreis.

The specialty retail centre has around 3,452 sqm of lettable space.

Aldi rents approx. 1,469 sqm; the Rossmann drugstore has approx. 846 sqm. The KiK store has around 655 sqm, the Huster beverage store around 384 sqm, and around 98 sqm are occupied by a florist shop.

The plot covers around 19,113 sqm and accommodates around 139 parking spaces.
